My lovely calendar

this my final work after i add all the picture and what i need for my calender.

after i insert the color. i do it to become bigger size than the mosque. after that i insert gradient once again to show my mosque

than i insert the picture that shown father and the son shake their hand. after that i insert my color and use the gradient...

than i insert my mosque and drop color on it. then i use gradient to color it. i cover the sharp part of the lighting behind the mosque.

this is the line that i made for my calendar. i done this by using pen tool and gradient tool for color it. than i copy paste it and arrange it like this.

This is my background that i choose for my calender....
I choose this color because it's too bright and show my design statement.

My reference....

After I do all the sketch and then sketch in the illustrator by using the pen tool. I try to find the sample calendar that can help me to do my calendar. Up there I had show u some sample of the calendar that I used as my reference.

The shake hand between father and son I use this three picture as my reference. I use same method as I use in my mosque. Use pen tool, warp tool, and pencil tool.

How i do my moon???

Picture below this post u can see there is red circle at the moon. For do that I use path finder, use two circle and pathfinder it and ungroup it. It becomes two moons.

This is the perfect mosque that I do. U all must have a question how i can do perfect while my sketch is to dirty and not so good. To do this I use pencil tool and warp tool to be perfect. First I use warp tool for adjust the point and use pencil tool for smoothen the line. Beside there is my layer that use for mosque.

After I scan my sketch I do using my both references. I draw back by using pen tool in illustrator. When I use pen tool I do not get prefect shape as a mosque.

How i do my mosque sketches?

I do the mosque or sketch the mosque by using these two images as my reference. Before this I already imagine how would be the mosque. When I do my sketch I combine both images become one that is my sketch. When I do my sketch I do not combine all together like u see my calendar, but I do single. The mosque just simply sketch and adjust using the illustrator CS3.

Design Statement

For this assignment i had choose Hari Raya Aidilfitri as my theme for my calender.
My Design statement is:-

"Hari Raya Is "NUR" from ALLAH"

Why you choose this statement?

ALLAH give us rezeki as we need. That we call as "NUR" from ALLAH. There is some people in other country or our country that did not get food.
